Admitted to the Paris Bar and registered with the Côte d'Ivoire Bar, Maître Yann KONE is a founding partner. He has structured major financing transactions (SOLEVO, CHINA EXIM BANK, AFC) and advises governments, institutions and private companies on strategic projects in Côte d'Ivoire and the OHADA area.

A member of the Paris Bar (Hauts-de-Seine), Maître Marie BADIANE-MBUYU advises companies, investors and institutions on structuring, financing and developing cross-border projects and transactions, mainly in energy, mining, infrastructure and industry.
At KONE & Associés she leads the legal coordination of multi-jurisdiction projects — from organising workstreams and counsel through to execution, identifying and resolving blockers.
She supports boards and executive teams by translating legal and regulatory complexity into decisions. She also works on regulatory frameworks for project execution: regulatory analysis, legislative drafting and dialogue with regulators, sector authorities and development partners.
She previously practised at international firms in Paris, Johannesburg and Berlin, including Herbert Smith Freehills, Gide, Mazars and Alexander & Partner, with a regular Europe–Africa caseload.
